Supporting the Learning and Development Director in proposing, organizing and executing diverse training and development activities and managerial level activities. The role focuses on enhancing employees' performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and aligning training initiatives with company’s and departmental goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive learning and development plans in alignment with the departmental and company’s strategy.
- Organize and oversee the execution of training programs, workshops, and educational events.
- Effectively manage resources allocated for training to maximize value and impact.
- Design and implement innovative training programs using modern tools and technologies.
- Evaluate educational tools and software to recommend improvements that enhance the training experience.
- Lead systemization and enhancement initiatives for learning management systems to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee the execution of training programs and monitor their results to ensure targeted and planned outcomes are realized.
- Prepare any necessary assessments/surveys/reports.
- Collaborate with different departments to assess training needs and ensure they are met effectively.
- Develop customized training plans to address performance or /skill gaps and support future employee growth and development.
- Propose new initiatives to enhance training and development activities.
- Stay updated on global trends and best practices in learning and development and incorporate them into company’s programs.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with external training providers and educational institutions/universities.
- Act as a liaison between the Learning and Development department and other teams to ensure efficient coordination and alignment.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership position in learning and development, training management, etc.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage activities effectively.
- Expertise in strategic planning and training management.
- Strong analytical skills for needs assessment and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and instructional design software.
- Excellent EN communication and collaboration abilities across all organizational levels.
