Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging daily content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored for each platform.
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to optimize performance and keep our content fresh.
  • Actively monitor, moderate, and respond to comments/messages, ensuring an engaging and positive online presence.
  • Plan and manage an editorial calendar to maintain consistency and maximize audience engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, using insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer service, sales, and marketing) to create integrated campaigns that enhance brand reach.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and key industry players to amplify our message.
  • Experiment with new formats, content types, and platform features to drive innovation and audience growth.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to identify trends, adapt quickly, and leverage platform updates for growth.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure success and refine strategies.
  • Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
  • Background in a marketing agency is a plus.

 Portfolio or examples of previous work are required to demonstrate creativity and expertise.
