We seek a detail-oriented, experienced 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to ensure the smooth operation lines generating a consistently top-notch output of products that meet efficiency and quality standards. To be successful as a quality control manager, you must understand the customer's requirements and coordinate employee efforts between management and the operating teams with excellent communication, observational and analytical skills and a demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance.
Job Description:
- Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effectual quality control processes
- Devising specifications for processes.
- Assessing the company's operating processes and curating in-house quality policies.
- Collaborating with quality personnel for the implementation of systems, procedures, and standards of operation.
- Training quality assurance personnel for building a strong work unit.
- Establishing procedures for sampling, recording and reporting data.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in either Translation or Interpretation.
- +5 years of experience in Translation QC. Experience in consulting translation is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CAT tools and QC tools (MemoQ - Xbench) to be consistent with QC Specialist JD.
